Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by referring to the affidavit filed by the Contemnor/8th respondent in W.P.No.28601 of 2023 stating that 8th respondent had already prepared the draft award and the same was sent to the 7th respondent in W.P.No.28601 of 2023, even before the writ petition was filed by the writ petitioner. It is for the second and seventh respondents to pass the final award and the 7th respondent also passed the award on 30.11.2023 itself.
