Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent pertaining to the rejection of No Objection Certificate to the petitioner dated 12.10.2017 passed in Oo.Mu.No.11982/E2/2017 dated 12.10.2017 and to quash the same and direct the 1st Respondent to issue NOC to run the cracker shop situated at No.186 NSC Bose Road Chennai 600 001.
