This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15940 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.16018 of 2023, by an order dated 10.10.2023, the petitioner should appear every Saturday at 10.30 am., until furthers.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court weekly once till the matter is taken cognizance and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
