This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.22947 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.
