The learned Dy. Official Liquidator would submit that this application can be closed by granting liberty to the learned Official Liquidator to file a similar application once O.S.A. Nos.90 and 91 of 2023 are disposed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. The said O.S.A.s pertain to the subject matter of this application. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the liberty sought for by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator can be granted. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the learned Official Liquidator to file an application seeking for the very same relief, subject to the outcome of O.S.As.
