The learned counsel for the petitioner originally modification of the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/-. The condition was modified to deposit title deeds of a property worth of Rs.50,000/-. Again modification is sought stating that the title deeds have been lost in a fire accident and therefore, certified copies of the title deeds along with encumbrance certificate can be produced.

2. It is stated that two sureties, who are prepared to stand the mother and aunt of the petitioner.

3. In view of the circumstances stated, the condition is now imposed that the petitioner should execute bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- together with two sureties for a likesum and also deposit cash of Rs.15,000/- and produce the certified copies of documents of title of property worth about Rs.50,000/- along with encumbrance certificate and an affidavit that the property had not been encumbered till date and that the title deeds had been lost in fire accident. This conditions are modified as above.

3. Time is extended for producing sureties as aforementioned till 31.01.2024.
