This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the present appeal as against the order dated 11.03.2025 in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur.
