These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 254 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the main second appeal.
2. Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, learned counsel submits that he has already filed vakalat on behalf of R2 and R3. He has no objection for allowing these petitions.
3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
