This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that one Sambasivam has lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein and based on the same, C.S.R.No283 of 2018 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
