Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefits based on the 7th Pay commission Recommendations including the Gratuity and Earned Leave and to pay the Salary for Medical Leave period from 3.3.2018 to 15.9.2018 and to pay the eligible amount as per the One Man commission Recommendation along with the interest for the belated payment of gratuity and earned leave salary at the rate of 12 percentage per annum from the date of his retirement till the date of payment within the time frame fixed by this Honourable court.
