This Petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.27303 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
