Prayer in WP.No.33902 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from claiming any amout in excess of the amount arrived at in One Time Settlement (OTS) under the Lok Adalat Award dated 22.11.2018, before the Coimbatore District Legal ServicesAuthority or taking any action under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and consequently extend the time fixed for the paying the balance amount of Rs.4,05,00,000/- with reasonable interest.

The learned counsel has also filed a memo of compromise dated 09.12.2020 and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the above, both these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
