This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the conditions imposed on them in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of 2019 in Crime No.191 of 2019 and to release the petitioners through his own bond contemplated the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court (1978 (4) SCC P.46) and to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ulunthurpet instead of the respondent police.
2. While granting bail in respect of the offences under Sections 457 & 511 of IPC, the lower Court has directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.09.2019 and that they are innocent and no way connected in the above said alleged offences and further he states that false case have been foisted against them and he
wants modification of the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur.
4. In the stated circumstances, the further condition imposed in the bail order dated 13.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur that the petitioners should appear and sign daily before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, "
Ulunthurpet daily at 10.30 am and the petitioner shall execute a bong for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which one shall be a blood/relative surety."
