ORDER

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed upon petitoner by this court in the order dated 12.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22215 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22215 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks.
