This application is filed to accept the English translation of the Will in Tamil language executed by Smt.V.Poosammal, dated 24.01.1991 in the office of 1 / 3

the Joint Registrar-II, North Madras by Lingua Franca Translators, having office at Korattur, Chennai-600 076, filed in O.P.D.No.113467 of 2025.

2. According to the applicants, they are the beneficiaries under the Will executed by the testatrix on 24.01.1991. Now, the main petition is filed to grant the Letters of Administration. The Will has been executed in Tamil and therefore, they have to number the translated English version of the Will and for that purpose, this application is filed.

3. There are no respondents in this case.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
