Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 302 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise in order and post it "for admission" and print the name of Mr.V.Ragunathan, learned counsel for the respondent at the time of listing the matter.
