Despite service in the appeal on the guardian, none appears for the minors represented by the guardian. However, from the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, it is seen that the respondents 12 and 13 in these petitions, who figured as respondents 13 and 14 in the appeal have now become majors. Hence, these petitions are allowed, the respondents 12 and 13 in these petitions are declared as majors and the guardian is discharged.

2.Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents 13 and 14 in the appeal returnable by 22.01.2024. Private notice is also permitted. Batta to be paid by 22.12.2023.
