Prayer: Writ Petition filed under 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from initiating and taking any coercive action against the petitioner's property building which is situated at Door No.222, Radha Nagar Main Road, Jamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram and further directing the 3rd respondent to give planning approval by conidering the petitioner's application dated 15.02.2024 vide plan submission number - 009/026/900342 within the stipulated time.
