2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner was tried and acquitted in Spl.S.C.No.951 of 2019 by the Judgment dated 21.10.2020 which has been challenged in this quash petition.
3.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
