ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The second respondent/Police has secured the detenue/wife of the petitioner and produced before this Court today.
2. We have examined the petitioner, as well as the detenue, who are the husband and wife. Since they have agreed to resume their matrimonial home, no further adjudication is required to be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. No costs.
