.. Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue the sale deed in the name of the petitioner immediately without causing further delay.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The writ appeal, bearing No.1773 of 2021, filed by the present respondent has been disposed of today and the petitioner has deposited the amount as directed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition filed by him. As such, if there is no other legal impediment, then the respondent shall execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the allotted site.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
