ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18863 of 2023 dated 27.6.2023, was not complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the proceedings of the District Collector dated 3.1.2024, was also placed before this Court and a copy of the same was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the request made by the petitioner has been rejected by the District Collector. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
