This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3832 of 2013, dated 05.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3832 of 2013, dated 05.08.2022 has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
