This petition is filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Ms.G.Hema, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as there are no serious objections, the delay of 69 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
