ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide Police Protection to the petitioner's life by considering the representation dated 03.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the daughter of the third respondent and since the third respondent has compelled the petitioner to marry some person against her will, the petitioner has sent a complaint to 1/3

respondents 1 and 2 on 03.12.2019, but so far, no action taken on the said complaint and hence, she requests to direct respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner.

3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is appearing for respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that the third respondent who is the mother of the petitioner has lodged a complaint stating that her daughter(petitioner herein) is missing and based on the same, C.S.R.No238 of 2018 has been issued and hence he requests to direct the petitioner to appear before the second respondent for enquiry purpose.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to enquire on the complaint given by the third respondent and also on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 03.12.2019 and dispose of both the complaint and also the representation in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
