These applications are filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Thavamani, who was arrayed as 2nd respondent in the above original petition. Though counter affidavit has been filed, without any substantiating documents, these applications cannot be ordered. However, considering the fact that the death of Thavamani has not been disputed by the parties concerned, and also taking note of the fact that whether the proposed applicants are the legal heirs or not to be decided in the main matter, these applications are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title. For filing amended copy of the petition, post the matter on 29.01.2024 finally.
