ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 436 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition against the order made in M.C.No.4 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate,

Vandavasi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and delay of 436 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the arrears of maintenance amount to the credit of M.C.No.04 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi within a period of four weeks. Failing which, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the court.
