The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent dated 05.06.2017 and quash the same. 2.On an earlier three occasions, when the matter was taken on 03.11.2022, 07.11.2022 and 09.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the case was again directed to be listed on 11.11.2022 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

3. Even today (11.11.2022), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through counsel.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
