O R D E R

Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 07.02.2025, which reads as follows:

'Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondent would accede to the position that the directions under order dated 18.10.2022 as against which contempt petition is filed have been complied with only in half measure.

2. Though the direction was to dispose the representation after hearing the petitioner, the representation has been disposed in violation of principles of natural justice. Hence, proceedings dated 21.11.2024 passed by the respondent must be recalled.

3. Let proceedings be initiated afresh and orders passed as per the directions under order dated 18.10.2022 prior to the next date of hearing.

4. A memo dated 07.02.2025 is filed for correction of the array of parties in the Contempt Petition and the same is taken on record.

5. List on 12.03.2025, as a final opportunity.' 2.Today Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent circulates a copy of an order dated 10.03.2025 which has been passed, according to him, after hearing the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner is just supplied with a copy of this order and has no instructions in this regard. 2/4

4. It is the say of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the aforesaid order has been served on the petitioner by RPAD. In any event, since a copy of the order is now furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, let it be transmitted onward to the petitioner in order that the petitioner may take necessary steps as against order dated 10.03.2025, if he should so desire, in accordance with law. 5.With this, this contempt petition is closed.
