ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the 5 th respondent to send service register and last payment certificate of the petitioner based on the proceedings of the 6 th respondent in Na.Ka.No.431/A3/2024 dated 08.07.2024 by considering the representation dated 12.09.2024.
2. Heard Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the representation on 12.09.2024 claiming Last Pay Drawn certificate from Panchayat Union Primary School, Olliyampalayam, Thirunavalur Union.
4. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner, while serving in Olliyampalayam Panchayat Union Primary School has obtained loan from the Co-Operative Thrift and Credit Society. Unless he repay the loan amount obtained from the Co-Operative Thrift and Credit Society, it is difficult for the Olliyampalayam Panchayat Union Primary School to issue the Last Pay Drawn certificate.
5. However, it is the submission of the petitioner that he would pay the loan to the Co-Operative Thrift and Credit Society from the present School viz., Periyanarimedu Panchayat Union Primary School, Annagramam, Cuddalore District, where he now posted, through ECS.
6. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024 and pass orders on the basis of the above submissions, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on it's own merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that if any further documents is required by the respondents, the petitioner shall submit and cooperate with the respondents.
7. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
