2.It is seen from the records that as held by this Court in the earlier order in W.P.No.34455 of 2019 dated 06.01.2020, in this case also right from the initial appointment as well as the district transfer, the petitioner is senior to the said Umarani in question.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that even though only the said order alone mentioned in the impugned order, in the counter affidavit reasons were mentioned in paragraph No.7 as to the anomaly.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader can substantiate by showing the calculation as how the anomaly arises. Even as per the paragraph No.7, prima facie this Court is of the opinion that the said Junior has acquired the same qualification that too belatedly and if that gives rise to pay parity that is also only be on an administrative nature and not due to any personal qualification of the junior. 5.So as to give, one more opportunity to the learned Special Government Pleader to clarify the position, post the matter on 24.04.2024.
