The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the third respondent in C.C.No.1102 of 2023 on 20.06.2023 by the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that despite the issuance of a warrant in the year 2023, the second respondent Police have not executed the same till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the third respondent is presently residing in the United States and that the respondent Police have already issued a Look Out Circular against the third respondent.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2/4

In view of the above, since the Look Out Circular issued against the third respondent is still pending, there cannot be any further directions to the first and the second respondents at this stage. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.09.2025 ham To 1.
