ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2025 seeking police protection to conduct the temple festival.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the police have now referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) for conducting a Peace Committee meeting. 2/4
3. Since the police have referred the matter to the RDO for conducting the Peace Committee, the petitioner is directed to participate in the proceedings before the RDO. The RDO shall consider the claims of both the groups and decide the issue. The Government shall also nominate any individual to conduct any important festival at the particular time.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition(crl.) is disposed of. No costs.
