This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the planning permission granted in favour of the respondents 4 to 6 by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 04.06.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners circulated a letter dated 07.09.2023 stating that subsequent to the Writ Petition, the planning permission granted in favour of the respondents 4 to 6 have been cancelled by the proceedings of the seventh respondent dated 27.07.2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioners on 07.09.2023, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
