ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2 nd respondent to conduct proper enquiry and investigate into the case in Crime No.337 of 2023 under the supervision of the 1 st respondent and consequently direct the 3 rd respondent to file alteration report by adding the 4 th and 5 th respondents herein as accused in the said crime number based on the petitioner's representation and the video footage given by the petitioner, within a time as may be fixed by this Court. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already the alteration report was filed in which, the 4 th respondent herein has been arrayed as A6 in Crime No.337 of 2023.

3. Since the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner has already been complied with by the respondent police, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
