The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 4th respondents to direct the 5th respondent to issue education certificate and other certificate to the petitioner based on the representation dated 30.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has already been complied and in this connection, he has also produced a Memorandum of Understanding dated 17.03.2025. 2/4

3. Furthermore, having the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
