Mr.R.Kaaveesh Raja for R1 COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking for leave to file review petitions to review the order passed in WP Nos.13171 of 2025 and 13172 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

A similar petition came to be filed earlier by nearly five persons in WMP No.24810 and 24815 of 2025 and the said petition came to be dismissed on 21.07.2025 and this Court refused to grant leave, since no grounds were made out to review the order. 3.

The present applications have been filed by one T.P.Gopinath, who is none other than the brother of Mr.T.P.Shanmugam, who was the 2nd petitioner in the earlier petition filed in WP No.24810 of 2025. Even otherwise, the grounds of review in the earlier petition and in the present petitions are verbatim the same.

This Court has already applied its mind and dismissed the earlier petitions by order dated 21.07.2025. While dealing with these petitions, the considerations cannot be different and the very same yardstick will be applied in this case also.

In view of the above, these petitions also stands dismissed.
