Petitioner seeks for direction to the respondents to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on the On-line complaint given by the petitioner alleging that, no action taken by the respondent police, present petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, after receiving a complaint, petitioner was asked to furnish the certified copy of the documents so that, they can proceed further on the complaint as per the protocol issued by the DGP.

3. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to furnish the details of the lost documents to the respondent and on receipt of that, respondent police shall act upon the complaint as per the directions given by the Director General of Police.
