Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of the first respondent in proceedings dated 07.11.2016 in O.Mu.(A1)/3879/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in T.S.No.1797 Periyakulam of an extent of 1760 sq.ft.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the first respondent in proceedings dated 07.11.2016 in O.Mu.(A1)/ 3879/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in T.S.No.1797 Periyakulam of an extent of 1760 sq.ft.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pending the present Writ Petition, the petitioner was issued patta. However, the entry for issuance of patta, had not been entered into the computer.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authorities concerned in respect of the entry of issuance of patta in computer.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
