2. By order dated 25.10.2025, this Court recorded that examination of applicant/1st defendant in chief and cross shall commence from 17.11.2025 to 21.11.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the plaintiff has to be examined first and thereafter, the defendants have to be examined. There is no dispute with regard to such submission. Therefore, the learned Additional Master - II shall examine the witness of the plaintiff first and thereafter, examine the defendants in chief and cross-examination from 17.11.2025 to 21.11.2025 as per the dates fixed earlier. 2/4

4. List the matter before the learned Additional Master No.II for recording evidence of the plaintiff and the defendants.

5. After completion of evidence, post the matter before this Court on 01.12.2025.
