Heard Mr. R.Prabakar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. U.Barandidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Third to Fifth Respondents, notice to them are dispensed with. 3.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 22.09.2019 followed by reminders dated 13.01.2023, 04.03.2023 and 01.08.2023 to the First Respondent for regularization of plot, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the aforesaid application made by the Petitioner for regularization of plot would be considered and the First Respondent would take decision on merits and accordance with law by 24.01.2024 and a memo dated 22.12.2023 has been filed to that effect. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
