ORDER

M.S.RAMESH, J.

R.SAKTHIVEL, J.

The Writ Petition in W.P.No.19350 of 2012 dated 27.11.2023 was

filed on 18.07.2012. Pending the Writ Petition, the second respondent therein viz. Mr.V.Thomas had expired on 04.06.2015. However, neither the petitioner nor the respondents' counsel had brought this fact to the notice of the learned Single Judge, and consequently, the Writ Petition came to be allowed on 27.11.2023. Apparently, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition as against the second respondent herein had abated when the final order was passed, and therefore the consequential order itself is legally unenforceable. However, the legal heirs of the deceased employee seek to get along with the cause of action and pursue for the relief. 2.In light of such submission, the legal heirs of late Mr.V.Thomas are granted leave to file a Review Application before the Writ Court setting forth the aforesaid development, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In the light of the order, the present petition seeking for leave stands dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands rejected at SR stage itself.
