Heard Mr. P.Murali, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V.Ravi, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 19.09.2022 made by the Petitioner requesting to allot the seigniorage fee funds for the year (i.e. July 2022 to March 2023) to Kodur Village Panchayat and to continuously make allotment for the same. 2/5

In furtherance to the order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court, it is informed that the First Respondent by proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 57/ Kanimam/2023 dated 20.02.2024 has passed orders to that effect and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
