Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the said court once in three months on the 1st working day at 10.30 am, until further order in Crl.M.P.No.7307/2016 dated 13.07.2016 in C.A.No.504 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRIVIVASAN, Special. Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the XI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, once in three months. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to ill health, the petitioner could not appear before the Trial Court on 02.12.2019. When the same was represented before the Trial Court, the learned XI Additional Sessions Judge directed to move this condonation before this Court. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court and prays for appropriate orders.

3.Considering the ill health of the petitioner, the absence of the petitioner on 02.12.2019 is hereby condoned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7307 of 2016 dated 13.07.2016 in Crl.A.No.504 of 2016 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a year i.e. 1st week of January 2020. The other conditions of the order shall stand unaltered.
