Lalitha v. A.Manickam
C.M.P.No.29472 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.14248 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.
This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th petitioner, who is father-in-law of the 1st petitioner, had died on 22.10.2013 itself, i.e., even prior to the passing of the award by the Tribunal.
However, since the petitioners are not aware of the said fact, they could not take any steps to bring the same to the knowledge of the Court below.
3. Further, he would submit that after the demise of the 4th petitioner, only the petitioners 1 to 3 are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased Srinivasan and hence, he requests this Court to accept the cause title in the above appeal.
4. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
