This application has been filed along with a medical certificate to prove that the applicant has been suffering from serious medical ailments.

2. The learned counsel for the official assignee also submits that the properties of the insolvent were sold and monies are available to discharge the debts of the creditors. In view of the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen and has been suffering from ailments, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown.
