JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for the respondent has given a cheque bearing No.000148 dated 17.04.2025 for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- drawn in favour of the appellant, to the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent has also handed over the key with respect to the suit property to the learned counsel for the appellant.
