This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 18.03.2024 made in STC.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mettur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 182 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
