ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 342, 1/4

344, 370(3), 370A(2), 374, 506(i) read with 109 of I.P.C. and Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.24 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner earlier filed a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23417 of 2025 and this Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 dismissed the same on the ground that the petitioner was arrested while he was landed at Trichy Airport, the case is also at PRC stage and the case is not progressing. After the dismissal of the earlier bail petition, there is no change in circumstances established before this Court. Hence, I am not inclined to consider this bail petition.

3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 19.09.2025 rsi 2/4
