Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main F.C.O.P.No.214 of 2015 itself was partly allowed on 09.06.2020. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. He also made an Page No.1 of 4

endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
